Providence Alaska Home Health team is seeking a full time PHYSICAL THERAPIST.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience preferably in Home Health Care. We will consider candidates with a strong rehab background in leiu of HHC experience. Candidate should have case management experience as well as experience treating neurological and orthopedic diagnoses. Strong communication, documentation, and self organization skills are a must. Requirements include a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.Current license to practice Physical Therapyin the State of Alaska. Must have valid Alaska Drivers License. Basic Life Support required upon hire.
